4. Take More Action

You need to complete one action worth 5 points in each of the other four categories (total of 20 points).  You do not need to complete an action item in the category you chose for your assessment and Lasting Change. Each category includes a list of possible action items.

Extra points recorded here will not carry over to the next Level.
