2020 Spring Fundraiser Breakfast

2020 Spring Fundraiser Breakfast

Make It Happen

1.2 million students spend their days in K-12 schools across Washington State. You can ensure they gain the skills and hands-on learning opportunities needed to be successful leaders. Our state depends upon the next generation… And Washington Green Schools is working with you to give them the tools they need to succeed.

Washington Green Schools’ Annual Spring Fundraiser is Postponed

Information about COVID-19 is evolving quickly. Recently, Seattle King County Public Health announced additional recommendations to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Their recommendations include to avoid gathering large groups of people together when feasibly possible.

Washington Green Schools is committed to supporting efforts to prevent the spread of illness and protect our community. We have made the difficult decision to postpone our Annual Fundraiser. We will be working in partnership with our venue to select a new date.

While we will not see you in March, we hope you are still moved to make a gift to help expand environmental education and action in schools across our state. Our vision is that every student in Washington attends a green and healthy school. Together, we can make this possible.

Sustainability at Hyatt at Olive 8

To name a few, the building is equipped with energy-efficient lighting, low flow water fixtures, smart-room thermostats, responsibly sourced food and we are committed to many food donation and community programs that allow us to give back to our fellow Seattlites as well as pioneering the sustainability movement.
